

The Fixed Joint Construction (FJC) resolves the critical challenge of differential structural movements between station buildings and adjacent bridge structures. Since these structures move independently of one another, the FJC ensures a continuous, stable track geometry of the ballastless track at the bridge joints. The system was specifically developed to withstand extreme loads – such as a 3 to 5-minute interval in suburban and long-distance rail operations.
