The ROCS system advances the RHEDA 2000® principle – twin-block precast element in monolithic composite with in-situ concrete – towards a higher proportion of prefabricated elements. A steel lattice girder ensures the monolithic composite, as in the original system, and a continuous track slab. The approximately one-tonne precast slabs with two pairs of rail support points enable transport and installation without special machinery. Shear force dowels beneath the joints (construction joints), transverse prestressing and the use of RAILONE's proven spindle brackets ensure stability without additional crack-width-limiting measures. ROCS combines the advantages of high-quality precast production with the composite concept of RHEDA 2000® and avoids the disadvantages of long, heavy and project-specific slabs – with simplified logistics and installation.

The PCM RAILONE Group has been manufacturing concrete sleepers and track systems for urban transit and long-distance rail transportation for over 60 years.
